All customers need to collect the custom forms from the Langkawi office / Kuala Perlis office on the departure day and to check in at the Langkawi Port / Kuala Perlis Port at least 1 hour before departure time. The custom gate will be closed 20 minutes before departure. We will not be responsible if you are late for your check in and your entrance is rejected by the custom.

All working and electrical tools/equipment, moving personal belongings (barang pindah) must be declared one day before the departure date by the customer at the Langkawi Port. We will not be responsible if your custom is not cleared on time or custom clearance is rejected. All bookings are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Langkawi Car OWNERS are advised to present at Wantas RORO Langkawi office 2 DAYS before departure date to fill up Customs forms (Bon Am & Surat Aku Janji with Setem Hasil).

All rental cars are NOT allowed for ferry crossing. We do not accept ferry booking for the hire car unless a special permission is granted by the car rental agency by providing car registration card and an official permission letter, signed and verified by the car rental agency with their company stamp. The customers are solely responsible for any loss and damage of the hire car.

No booking cancellation is allowed. All bookings are FINAL and NON- REFUNDABLE.

We shall not be liable for any loss of or damage, injury or delay to the vehicle, luggage or goods nor for any consequential damage howsoever caused during loading or discharge.
