If you need to amend your sailing for any reason, it’s easy to do.

If you wish to change your sailing date (other travel details remain unchanged), you can visit our Langkawi and Perlis Offices or you can call our Customer Service Hotline. You are entitled for any alteration to the booking maximum 1 time only without any charges. Any second or subsequent changes, charges will incur.

If you wish to change other travel details (vehicle types, number of passengers etc), then the new booking may cost more than your original ticket. Any increase in cost must be paid when you change your booking.

Any request from you must be made at least 48 hours before your outward sailing scheduled time. Failure to amend a booking in advance of travel will results in the booking being cancelled and no refund/compensation is allowed. You are allowed to change your booking maximum 1 time only without any charges.

When amending a booking, but no alternative date can be specified, the reservation will stay 'open' for subsequent confirmation, but the journey must be completed within 180 days of the original outward sailing date.

Any requested change is subject to space being available and the booking restrictions of your ticket.

No booking cancellation is allowed. We will not refund once your booking is confirmed.
However, if you wish to change your booking or reservation after we have confirmed it, kindly visit our Langkawi and Perlis offices or contact our Customer Service Hotline to request for the change. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before your outward sailing scheduled time

Each visitor can only bring 1 liter of alcohol out from Langkawi as per the duty free limit of Malaysia. However, a minimum stay of 48 hours in Langkawi is required.

Yes, Customs declaration is required for any large working equipment or tools.

Every vehicle should be in the holding area 1 hour before the ferry departs for customs inspection purposes.

Normally we will notify you using the email address or phone number you gave us when you made your booking, so make sure your details are always up-to-date.

Even if our service is delayed make sure you arrive on time, following the check-in rules on your ticket. Delay information is only a guide based on the best information we have at the time and the length will be different for every sailing as our team work hard to reduce the delay.

If your sailing is cancelled, we will do our best to make sure you are on the next available sailing.

Customers are strongly advised to arrive 2 HOURS before the scheduled departure time. In the event of late arrival and missing ferry departure, we will not be able to assist you as the vessel has to follow the arrival and departure times given by the Marine Department Authority.

We will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result of you missing your ferry departure and you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund.

We have designated certain areas of the ship as smoking zone. Cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe smoking is permitted in designated smoking zone. You will find visible signage posted within the smoking zone.

Yes, we are serving some light food, snacks and drinks on board. You can make purchase on any food and drinks that we offer.
